Since 2001, the Domaine has established "La Boutique du Moulin", an outlet for its products and the Provencal "Art de Vivre".  The pleasures of the  palate and those of the sight being closely intertwined, Nelly Margier, your hostess, expresses with talent two Provencal themes: Gastronomy and Decoration. 

The lover of the finer goods will find here on a 140 m² area the authentic products of the "Domaine La Michelle": olive oils, wines, and capers, combined with the offering of selected craftsmen of Provence.

On the culinary side you can taste and purchase the products we have selected for your pleasure.

• Decoration articles specially selected by Nelly Margier for their perfect harmony with the Provencal lifestyle that will give your home this special touch of sun, odors, and peace of this blessed region that you have appreciated by visiting us.

This is also the site where our olive oils are pressed.  The quality of our equipment is recognized by by many olive producers who trust us with their harvest.

The pleasant surroundings of the Boutique makes it an ideal end point for a culinary pause after a walk in the area.   We have a large parking in front of the Boutique.

You can find us 300 meters eastward (direction St-Zacharie) after the Auriol exit at the bottom of highway A520.  We are open all year long except on Sundays and major holidays:
